Send in 100+ cards in any format. No sorting or preparation required.
2. GCC Processing & Organization
We organize, sort, and structure your entire submission into a clean inventory system.
3. Select High-Value Cards
Cards valued at $25+ are selected for the Bulk Sort & Select program.
4. Pre-Grade Preparation
Each selected card is placed in a premium semi-rigid holder, sealed with a GCC Pre-Grade tamper seal, and assigned a unique serial number for tracking.

Bulk Sort & Select - Important Submission Guidelines
To help ensure the best experience and clear expectations before sending your cards, please review the following:
- ●Please note: Sports cards from 1985–1996 historically have a lower percentage of qualifying for GCC pre-grade, due to common manufacturing and condition challenges from that era.
- ●If a submission results in less than 15% of cards qualifying for pre-grade, a $75 service charge will apply. This service still includes a professional review, value identification, and your cards will be organized and securely packaged upon return.
- ●A 100-card minimum submission is required to qualify for this service tier. Cards may be submitted in boxes, binders, and/or holders.
- ●To help offset shipping costs, larger submissions qualify for a shipping credit:
100+ cards → $10 shipping credit
250+ cards → $25 shipping credit
